All necessary pre-treatment components must be fully installed
The air intake system must be configured with an air compressor followed by a three-stage precision filter assembly (for dust, water, and oil removal); the direct entry of oil-laden compressed air into the adsorption tower is strictly prohibited. If lubricating oil infiltrates the molecular sieve, it will cause permanent deactivation and caking, rendering the equipment a total loss.
Intake operating conditions meet standards
The inlet temperature should be controlled at ≤40°C; excessive temperatures significantly reduce adsorption capacity and raise the dew point of the product gas. The inlet pressure should be stabilized between 0.6 and 0.8 MPa, with fluctuations not exceeding ±0.05 MPa.
Blow out the piping until clean
Before starting up a new unit or restarting after maintenance, vent and purge the piping to remove rust, welding slag, and other debris; this prevents solid particles from eroding or abrading the molecular sieve and scratching the seals of pneumatic valves.
