High intake air temperature is strictly prohibited
It’s recommended that the intake air temperature be ≤45°C. The higher the intake temperature, the more the adsorption capacity drops; high temperatures also speed up the aging of the adsorbent. When the upstream air compressor has a high-temperature issue, don’t send the hot air into the dryer.
Do not turn off or lower the purge gas valve
In non-heated models, regeneration relies on part of the dried compressed air for back-blowing desorption. If the purge valve is manually closed too much, regeneration is incomplete and the dew point spikes; the purge air volume is factory-calibrated, so don’t change it arbitrarily.


Don't start and stop the equipment frequently in a short period.
Frequent start-stop can cause repeated pressure shocks inside the tower, making the adsorbent particles collide and crumble. It’s recommended to keep at least a few dozen minutes between shutdowns; it’s not suitable for intermittent on-off operation.
