Do not let air intake contain a lot of liquid water
If the upstream pre-filter fails or the air dryer breaks down, a lot of liquid water will go straight into the drying tower, which can make the adsorbent powdery or compacted and directly ruin it. The incoming air must go through three stages of pre-filtration: water removal, oil removal, and dust removal.
Air intake oil content must not exceed the limit
Compressor oil mist can contaminate the molecular sieve/alumina, coating the adsorbent with an oil film and permanently destroying its adsorption capacity, making it non-reusable. The oil content in the incoming air must be ≤0.1 mg/m³.
Strictly no running with intake pressure or flow beyond the limit
The flow has been exceeding the device’s rated capacity for a long time, causing the outlet dew point to get seriously worse; the pressure is too low, the regeneration purge gas is insufficient, and regeneration is incomplete; the pressure is too high, exceeding the tank’s design pressure, which is a safety risk.
