Maintenance
Quarterly maintenance
Replace the oil filter. Inspect the oil separator and piping for oil contamination and aging. Verify the safety valve and minimum pressure valve to ensure stable pressure. Tighten all electrical wiring terminals to prevent poor contact and damage.
Annual major maintenance
Replace three major consumables: air filter, oil filter, and oil separator element.
Replace the air compressor-specific lubricating oil and clean the oil passages.
Check the main unit rotor and bearing operating noise and clearance.
Deep clean the cooler (water washing/chemical cleaning).
