Caution
Regular replacement of filter elements
Replace the upstream water‑and‑oil removal filter element every 2,000‑4,000 operating hours, as a failed filter element will permanently damage the desiccant.
Adsorbent replacement cycle
Under normal operating conditions, you can expect a 2‑3‑year service life. Replace the adsorbent immediately once water or oil enters the system; do not keep using it. Pack the adsorbent tightly during replacement to avoid pulverization from airflow erosion.
Solenoid Valve / Pneumatic Switching Valve
Carry out inspections every six months. Aging sealing rings may cause gas leakage between the two towers and disable the drying function.
