This twin-tower desiccant dryer adopts pressure swing adsorption with micro-heated regeneration. It removes water vapor from compressed air to achieve stable low pressure dew point (-40℃). Compared with heatless type, it features lower purge air consumption and better energy efficiency. Two adsorption towers work alternately to ensure continuous supply of dry compressed air, widely applied in machinery, electronics, chemical and food industries.

High-quality air supply
The continuous output pressure dew point can reach -40℃, and with an optional molecular sieve, it can go as low as -70℃, meeting the high-purity gas needs for spraying, electronics, chemicals, and instruments.
Optimal energy balance
Compared to heatless adsorption dryers: the heatless models need 15%~20% of the dry air as purge air for regeneration; while the slightly heated ones only need 5%~8% purge loss, saving a lot of compressed air and reducing the air compressor’s power consumption. Compared to blower-heated or waste heat regeneration dryers: the equipment is simpler in structure, not limited by the air compressor’s waste heat conditions, easy to start and stop, and suitable for small to medium-sized compressor stations.


Extend the lifespan of the adsorbent
Relying on an external heater for gentle regeneration, there’s no need to bake alumina/molecular sieves at super high temperatures. The desiccant powdering rate is slower, the replacement cycle is longer, and it reduces maintenance costs.
