Precautions
Gas storage tank and post-treatment
Operators shall drain air tanks, air dryers and filters daily on a regular basis, and increase draining frequency in humid weather.
Carry out annual routine inspections on air tanks and conduct regular tests on safety valves. Never block safety valves or pressure gauges.
Arrange pipelines in the straightest possible route with fewer elbows to cut down pressure loss.
Key Points of Maintenance
Replace air filters, oil filters, oil-gas separators and special compressor lubricant on schedule. Delayed replacement will lead to overheating, excessive oil consumption and separator blockage.
Clean radiator fins regularly, as dust buildup will activate high-temperature alarms.
