Precautions
Installation environment
Ensure the installation site has good ventilation. Keep it clear of high heat, dust, oil fumes and corrosive gases, and never place the unit inside enclosed small rooms.
Lay the unit on flat, load-bearing ground, and reserve enough space all around for maintenance and heat dissipation, with a minimum clearance of 80 cm on each side.
Maintain ambient temperature between 5°C and 40°C. Take anti-freezing measures in winter and avoid overheating-triggered power trips in summer.
Place the machine far away from flammables, explosives, painting zones and dust polishing stations, so you can stop dust from entering the machine head and causing abrasion.
Electrical power supply
Keep the voltage steadily at 380V. Low voltage or severe fluctuations will easily burn out the motor or trigger overload shutdown.
Use an independent dedicated power circuit equipped with matching circuit breakers and cables. Do not share the power supply with high-power equipment.
Implement reliable grounding protection. Never alter internal wiring arbitrarily or run the machine under phase loss conditions, since single-phase operation of 50Hz motors will quickly cause motor burnout.
Avoid frequent start and stop operations strictly. Limit start-stop times to no more than six per hour, as frequent switching will damage both motors and contactors.
Startup operation
Perform pre-start inspections to confirm normal conditions of oil level, oil quality, belts, couplings, pipeline valves and drain valves.
Start the machine under no-load condition every time, and never force startup under pressurized state.
Run mains frequency compressors at fixed speed for regular pressure loading and unloading. Avoid long-term frequent loading and unloading near the minimum critical pressure.
Monitor operating pressure, temperature, noise and vibration during operation. Stop the unit at once for inspection once the oil temperature rises excessively.
Do not set exhaust pressure beyond the rated maximum value, and never adjust the working pressure without authorization.
