High-Efficiency Dehumidification

The sandblasting air dryer uses adsorptive alumina and molecular sieve. Also, it features a twin-tank alternating adsorption and regeneration structure. It removes 99% of moisture from air reliably, and its pressure dew point reaches as low as -20~-70℃. 
Plus, oil content ≤ 0.001ppm and dust filtration ＜ 0.01μm. As a result, it achieves precise and stable humidity control, effectively preventing water and oil damage to equipment. Moreover, it ensures product quality and extends service life.

Intelligent Energy-Saving

It equips a programmable microcomputer controller; hence, users can flexibly adjust adsorption and regeneration time. Additionally, it uses well-known brand switching valves and airflow devices, so users can adjust regeneration air consumption freely. 
This way, it continuously cuts down energy consumption; moreover, its pressure loss stays ≤ 3%, therefore making operation and maintenance costs more controllable.
