Principle Of Operation
Combined dryer is a combination of refrigerated dryer and adsorption dryer .Through reasonable pipeline connection and volume matching, refrigerated dryer water removal capacity, low energy consumption, no air loss. And adsorption dryer can achieve low dew point.
Before the compressed air enters into the adsorption dryer, it will be pre-cooled with the refrigerating dryer first, so that a large amount of water will be removed in the refrigerating dryer. And then it will enter into the adsorption dryer to do the deep drying, and it will be able to reach a very low dew point of the pressure, which can be up to -70℃

Low dew point & Low energy consumption
Combined low dew-point dryer can achieve very low pressure dew-point. Regularly available at -40℃. Depending on the user’s requirements, it can be available at -70℃ as well. Its regeneration air consumption is only 3% to 5%, significantly reducing the consumption of compressed air.
Integrated Control & Flexible Operation
The operation switches and display instruments of the low dew-point combined dryer are all concentrated on the panel. For the refrigeration air dryer and the adsorption air dryer, they can operate independently or simultaneously with cooling and adsorption as per customer requirements.
Durability&Longevity
The adsorption dryer part adopts a scientifically reasonable design of the adsorption tower. It uses an original compressed air diffuser, separate plates, and air flow distribution pipe design.
This ensures that the adsorbent is in full contact with the compressed air, effectively reducing the impact of high-speed airflow on the adsorbent. And reducing the wear of the adsorbent and extending its service life, and ensuring stable air dew point.
