It can still provide a stable pressure dew point of 2~10℃ under high temperature and high humidity conditions to avoid ice blockage or moisture residue.
▪ Efficient heat exchange
It is preferred to use equipment with high-efficiency threaded tubes or plate heat exchangers, which can improve the heat exchange efficiency between refrigerant and air and reduce energy consumption.

▪Low dew point
The combined low-dew-point dryer can achieve a very low pressure dew point, typically below -40℃. Depending on different user requirements, it can be as low as -70℃.
▪Low energy consumption
The regenerative air consumption of the combined low dew point dryer is only 3% to 5%, which greatly saves the consumption of compressed air.
▪Integration of operation panels
All the operation switches and display instruments of the combined low dew point dryer are concentrated on the panel of the box. The refrigerated dryer and the adsorption regeneration dryer can operate independently or simultaneously according to customer needs.

The refrigeration compressors adopt medium and high-temperature fully hermetic and semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors of brands such as RERFORMER, MANEUROP, BITZER, COPELAND, HANBELL and GMCC.
▪Adsorption Dryer Section
The original design of the compressed air diffuser, separation plate, and air distribution coil. Ensure that the adsorbent fully contacts the compressed air, effectively reducing the impact of high-speed airflow on the adsorbent, lowering the wear of the adsorbent, extending the service life of the adsorbent, and guaranteeing the stability of the air dew point.
