  Our 6.8m³ heatless desiccant air dryer adopts the advanced pressure swing adsorption principle. By utilizing the selective adsorption property of the adsorbent for moisture, it can efficiently remove moisture from compressed air.

  The abundant amount of adsorbent ensures that there is sufficient contact time between the air and the desiccant, thereby achieving a stable outlet dew point. This can stabilize the pressure dew point at -20℃ to -70℃ (PDP), providing high-quality dry compressed air for your production and meeting the stringent requirements for the quality of the air source in your processes.

  3. The special air flow diffusion device is used to reduce the pressure loss of compressed air. The heater is reasonably designed, with good dehumidification and regeneration effects, small gas consumption, high heating efficiency, and minimized energy consumption.
