Principle Of Operation

  Micro-heat adsorption dryer micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer works according to the principle of variable temperature adsorption. That is, the adsorbent adsorbs water at room temperature, and completes the “desorption” of the adsorbent adsorbed moisture at high temperature and returns to the gas phase. The process provides the heat required for desorption from an external heat source and utilizes a portion of its own finished gas as a heat carrier.

  In the heating regeneration process, all the adsorbed water back to the gas phase does not mean that the regeneration of the adsorbent has been completed. And the original adsorption activity is not fully restored until the temperature is lowered to the starting value. Therefore, the regeneration process of microthermal regeneration adsorption dryer should be carried out in two steps. First “heating desorption”, then “cooling regeneration”; desorption is only a step of adsorbent regeneration.
