Working principle
6.8m³ low dew point combined air dryer ingeniously combines the advantages of both the refrigeration dryer and the adsorption dryer, breaking through the limitations of a single drying method.

The high-temperature and high-humidity compressed air from the compressor first enters the heat exchanger, where it exchanges heat with the already dried low-temperature compressed air, achieving an initial cooling effect.
Subsequently, the air enters the evaporator and is further cooled to around 2℃. During this process, a large amount of gaseous moisture condenses into liquid water and is discharged through an efficient gas-liquid separator.
After the initial drying process, the moisture content of the air significantly decreases. Then it enters the adsorption cylinder. The desiccant inside the cylinder performs a deep dehumidification process on the air, and finally, high-quality compressed air with an extremely low dew point is output.
While the partially heated and compressed air is then used for the regeneration of the adsorbent, effectively enhancing the regeneration efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
