Principle of operation
The heatless regeneration desiccant drier utilizes the unique microporous structure of the desiccant itself to adsorb the water in the air according to the capillary effect. The equipment adopts the unloading pressure to desorb and the residual heat of desiccant to heat up to desorb.
And the equipment design adopts the double-cylinder structure in the control of the program controller when one cylinder adsorbs the water at the same time, the other cylinder will carry out desorption and the two cylinders will work continuously in the cycle alternately, and the water in the compressed air is eliminated by the muffler that is carried by the equipment itself. The water from the compressed air is eliminated through the silencer of the equipment itself.
